Custom & Couture Dresses, Made to Order

What "Custom" Means at Sihëna

Custom, at Sihëna, is not a monogram or a menu of trims. It means the gown you choose is cut to your measurements alone, after you order — never before. There is no store and no appointment; everything happens quietly online, between your room and our Dubai atelier, where every design is drawn.

How It Works — From Measurements to Delivery

Four steps, and none of them takes you from home.

1. Choose Your Gown

Find the piece online and order it as you would anything else. The Virtual Try-On shows the gown on you first — a preview, not a fitting.

2. Measure at Home

We send a private link and a short film that walks you through each measurement in your own room. All you need is a soft tape measure and about ten minutes.

3. Share Your Measurements

Send us the numbers; nothing more is asked of you. Once they are confirmed, the timeline begins.

4. We Cut to You, and Deliver

Your gown is cut to you alone and delivered to your door in 14 to 21 days from confirmed measurements — shipping free, worldwide. For delivery outside the UAE, any customs or duty belongs to your country, not to your order, and is settled with the courier on arrival.

Custom Dresses

A custom dress begins with your numbers, not a size chart. You send measurements from home; the dress is cut for you alone — shoulders, waist, hem. It is the difference between a dress that fits and a dress that was always going to.

Couture Gowns

Couture here keeps its plain meaning: a gown made for one woman rather than a market — drawn in our Dubai atelier, cut to a single set of measurements. The proof is the evening collection, where the long line depends on fit.

Bespoke Dresses

Bespoke means the dress answers to you — your measurements, your order, your occasion. We keep the word honest: each piece is made to order for a single client, and cut only once she has chosen it.

Designer Gowns

Every Sihëna gown is a design of the house — drawn first, offered after, never cut for a rack. That is the sense in which we use the word designer, and the only one we claim. Seen most clearly on black-tie evenings.

Custom Wedding Dresses

A wedding dress asks for the closest fit of all. The process does not change — measured at home, cut precisely to you — only the occasion does. When the dress is yours to choose, begin with the bridal collection.

Questions, Answered

What does custom mean at Sihëna?

Made to order, to your measurements. You choose one of our designs; it is cut for you alone once your order is placed. Custom is not decoration — it is the fit itself, taken from your own numbers.

How do measurements work from home?

Through a private link and a short film, sent after you order. The film guides each measurement step by step; you need only a soft tape measure and about ten minutes. You send the numbers, and we confirm them before cutting.

How long does a custom dress take?

14 to 21 days from the day your measurements are confirmed, delivery included — shipping is free, worldwide. If the date is fixed, allow a month and the timing stays calm.

What does couture or bespoke mean here?

We use both words for what they honestly describe: a gown designed by the house and made to order for one woman's measurements. We do not claim the formal haute-couture designation — what we practice is its central idea: a garment cut for a single figure.

What is the return policy?

Because each gown is cut only for you, every order is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a fit error is ever ours, we put it right, quietly and at no cost.

How can I pay?

By card, or in interest-free installments with Tabby and Tamara, through secure checkout. Prices are currently charged in AED; your card provider handles the conversion to your own currency.
